We are part of a small group of producers with a Parmigiano Reggiano high productive capacity, having the total control of the whole productive die: starting from fodder, to breeding, until production that happens inside our two dairies, following certified quality systems. In spring 2007 Ferrarini obtained during its Controlled Die the certification of product “Parmigiano Reggiano cheese produced with milk obtained by NON GMO feeding”, a certification that attests that our product is obtained using cow’s milk not fed with corn, soy and their genetically modified derivates. Moreover, it’s the special coupling of milk obtained from race Frisona and Jersey cows , to give to a long matured cheese, also until 36 months, a particular taste softness that make it exclusive. A natural product, result of a great labour, deep passion of our dairymen that follow, with the same actions that they repeat since generations, every single working phase.
