Golded mortadella and fontina skewer

FOR 4 PEOPLE
Ferrarini mortadella, 200 gr
bread suitable for toast
sliced fontina, 100 gr
2 eggs
salt, pepper
peanuts oil
bamboo sticks for skewer


Slice the mortadella at the thickness of 2 mm.
Make some toasts with bread, mortadella, fontina, bread, mortadella, fontina…
Slice the toast in small cubes of about 2 cm x 2 cm, so stick the cubes with sticks.
Knock the eggs with some salt, pepper and some water, so dip the sticks in knocked egg.
Fry in peanuts oil (already hot at about 180°C) for a while, dry them with absorbing paper for fried and serve it hot.
