From our passion for earth fruits, it’s born a noble product, with a full and harmonic taste, for adding refinement drops to most simple dishes.
IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar comes form the cooked grape must, obtained from Lambrusco vines placed in our own lands, with the addition of a particular vinegars coupling, the one aged 10 years at least, and the other one obtained with wine acetification. Every production transformation, until aging, happen in precious durmast wood barrels, for at least 3 years long.
