Tagliatelle with meat sauce Ferrarini flavoured

tagliatelle Ferrarini selection, 160 gr
Ferrarini cooked ham, 50 gr
Ferrarini Parma cured ham, 50 gr
Ferrarini extra virgin olive oil
pulped tomatoes
Ferrarini NON- GMO Parmigiano Reggiano

Cut the cooked and cured ham in small cubes (3 mm).
Brown it in a frying pan with some oil and garlic, add pulped tomatoes and let it cook for 30 minutes long. Boil the pasta , scald it in a frying pan with the meat sauce and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
